Local chapters are the backbone of HSDA, and ours are the best in the country! Chapters, or clubs, are groups of students that meet regularly to organize, discuss, volunteer, and more. The two main types of chapters HSDWI has are school-based clubs and community-based groups that meet at a

local library or center.

Successful chapters don't need dozens of members, just students who care about politics and the impact it has our lives. If there's no chapter at your school or in your town, talk to a few

friends about starting your own!

Each student should sign up as an HSDA member on Action Network, and the

chapter leader should register your group with us!

This form will get you in our system as a member! You'll get occasional emails with news and action items, but no spam, we promise.

Filling out the form doesn't guarantee we'll get in touch with you immediately -- please shoot us an email with any questions!

There might already be a chapter near you! Check out this map to find an existing club in your area.

Is your chapter not on here?

Interested in starting your own chapter at your high school or in your community? Fill out this form!

Make sure to also connect with Eliza or another member of our team

for support!

You don't have to be part of a chapter to participate in our workshops and advocacy sessions! Check out our virtual events, and bring a friend! #relationalorganizing
